HOW TO DO DECENT SELF-CARE

Every sensation, emotion, and feeling starts from within or self. You cannot love someone unless You love yourself; first, You cannot achieve something unless you struggle and passes on the tests in my way. These statements are hard to get for those who have not yet identified themselves, who watch around love from others, and who need a bank balance in just a snap. This phenomenon of putting oneself first is assent to every problem.
A few days back, my boss snapped at me, recalling every mistake I had made so far, for not sending an email to him. Back home, when I thought of each word, I made connections like,
One day I was late for a meeting; whose fault? Mine
Didn't call the customer back for review. Whose fault was that, of course, mine
Certainly, my boss was right. Why didn't I ever think of it? Why didn't I accept that it was me, myself, creating a mess in my way? And all the time, I have been blaming situations or people. I still did not come to any solution.
Therefore, no matter how cruel the world is, we raise the bar by planting a root. So why not nourish those roots. It is what counts as self-care; it is something that brings you more sustained joy in the long run. Research suggests self-care promotes positive physical and mental health, fostering resilience, living longer, and becoming better equipped to manage stress. Because our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health are all connected.
Taking care of all the aspects ensures that your emotional breakdown won't compel you to end this world even if you are struck out of a job. You maintain a healthy relationship with yourself and self-love. That automatically lowers your expectations from the world, and you focus on your journey. Make this self-love easy for you and get started with a self-care routine :

© Start your day by pampering yourself with a good breakfast, and look at the day's to-do list.
© Complete your work, and keep reflecting on what you're grateful for throughout the day

© Don't get lured with negativity, be still. Stop overthinking and fight for your self-esteem.
© Embrace your imperfections, avoid what's vulnerable, forgive yourself and others
© Decompress your stress by giving yourself a spa, salon session, if that's what your tired muscles want
© For your emotional, spiritual, and physical health, follow good hygiene and do Meditation, Yoga, and exercise.
© Positive emotions decrease stress hormones and relax the mind
© Take a nature break, sit under the blue sky with a glass of orange juice, laugh out with friends, watch your favorite series
© Create joyful rituals, cooking, having a good meal, swimming, catching up with a good partner
© When you feel overwhelmed, talk to a friend, cry it out, and don't fill yourself with darkness.
© Live Healthy, eat healthy foods, get enough sleep, exercise regularly, and avoid drugs and alcohol.
© Full fill C's to joy strengthen your connections of body, soul, and mind by incorporating joy, satisfaction, and relaxation. As you have connected to yourself, your self turns towards others, the community.
Self-care positively affects your health and outlook, even on the darkest days. It just requires an intention, commitment, and investment in your well-being.
