You’ll be providing support

You will be required to stay with the client and provide them the support they need badly. You have to be open-minded, and most importantly, the client shouldn’t be judged for what they are going through.

You’ll be encouraging them

People who are down bad need encouragement and some positivity in their life. You have to be there for them and be all years and encourage them to rise up from the ground.

You’ve got to be professional

You have to be considerate about what people are going through. You need to show compassion in each interaction with the client and make them feel heard.
